Reyolk subscription refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the subscription terms agreed when the subscription began, the reason for the request, service use and applicable law. Contact Reyolk to ask about a specific charge. Statutory rights are not affected.
Subscription cancellation
To request cancellation, contact Reyolk using the address below. Cancellation does not by itself refund charges already paid; any refund is assessed under the terms above.
Orders and bookings with a business
Contact the business that provided your quotation, appointment or order. Its own cancellation and refund policy applies alongside any statutory rights. Cancelling an appointment does not by itself refund a payment.
