Service provider and legal identity

Reyolk is the name of a software application. It is not a company and is not presented as a separately incorporated or registered legal entity.

The Reyolk software is developed, owned and licensed by an individual acting in their personal capacity (the “provider”). In these terms, “Reyolk”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the Reyolk software service or to its individual provider, as the context requires. When you create an account or subscribe, your contract is with the individual provider. You can contact the provider at [email protected].

Service scope

Reyolk is software for managing customer conversations and business workflows. Demo workspaces may contain fictional people, businesses, reviews, prices and transactions. A demonstration is not a real booking, purchase or customer endorsement.

Accounts and business records

Keep account access secure and only upload or connect information you are authorised to use. Business users are responsible for checking prices, availability, policies, customer details and permissions before enabling workflows or approving actions.

AI and connected services

Review generated replies and proposals before customer-facing use. External connections depend on provider access and configuration. Availability, delivery and commercial commitments should be confirmed with the business or provider handling them.

Linked messaging accounts

When you link your own WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger or Telegram account, Reyolk connects to it the way a browser or desktop app does, not through the platform's business API. These platforms do not officially support this kind of connection, and they can log an account out, restrict it or ban it, or change how connections work, without notice. You accept that risk for any account you link. Reyolk limits how much and how fast it sends, and every first message to someone new is yours to send, but a platform's decisions are outside our control. Learn more

Gmail connected with an app password

While Reyolk applies for Google's official Gmail access, you can connect Gmail with a Google app password. Reyolk encrypts the app password before storing it and uses it only on its servers: to read your primary inbox and sent mail, to keep what's read in step with Gmail, and to send replies that follow your approval rules. It never deletes, moves or archives your mail. Google recommends its official sign-in where an app supports it, because an app password can't be limited to particular permissions. Customer purchases and appointments

A business using Reyolk supplies its own goods and services. Its quotation, booking confirmation or checkout should identify the supplier and applicable price and conditions. Platform policies do not replace the terms of that business.

Subscriptions, cancellations and refunds

A subscription buys access to the Reyolk software application, not ownership of it. While your subscription is active, the provider grants your business a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Reyolk under your plan and these terms. Payments are handled by Stripe or another supported third-party payment processor. The individual provider remains responsible for the contractual obligations that apply to the service.

Paid subscriptions are also governed by the plan, billing and service terms shown when the subscription begins or agreed in an order form. Cancellation and refund eligibility depend on those terms and applicable law. Statutory rights are not excluded by this page.
