How linking works
- Reyolk signs in to your account like WhatsApp Web or a desktop app and keeps the connection open, so it can reply while you're busy.
- You keep your number, your account and your phone app, and messages you send from your phone appear in Reyolk.
Why we connect this way
- There is no 24-hour limit on replies.
- There are no pre-approved templates.
- There is no per-message fee.
The risk
- These platforms don't officially allow this kind of connection.
- An account can be logged out or asked to confirm it's you, restricted for a while, or in rare cases banned.
- Busy, brand-new or spam-like accounts are most at risk.
How Reyolk keeps your account safe
- Sending limits per minute, hour and day, with lower limits in the first week after linking.
- Human-like pacing.
- Your own press for every first message to someone new.
- No automatic messages in the first day after linking.
- A cap on automatic messages each day that you set.
- Messages written to sound like a person.
- Instagram and Messenger connect from Reyolk's fixed addresses in Singapore.
- Your password is never stored.
Using your linked account well
- Open WhatsApp on your phone every week or two. Reyolk reminds you after 12 days, because WhatsApp unlinks devices after about 14.
- Message people who have written to you or are expecting to hear from you. Use email for first contact with new prospects.
- Keep a person's pace. Reyolk sends at most 60 WhatsApp messages an hour, 30 in your first week, and spaces automatic messages out.
- Keep room for Reyolk among your phone's linked devices. WhatsApp allows four.
- When Instagram or Facebook asks you to confirm it's you, confirm on your phone. Reyolk carries on once you do.
If something happens
- Reyolk tells you straight away and stops sending on that account.
- After a logout, you link again and your conversations carry on.
- After a restriction, sending resumes when it ends.
Where we're heading
- Reyolk intends to move to WhatsApp's and Meta's official business APIs.
- When they are available, you'll be able to switch a linked account to the official connection without losing your conversations.
- The official connection follows the platform's own rules, such as a 24-hour reply window and approved templates, so you'll choose which suits you.
